Fall was full of magic: hikes, falling leaves, and little bits of loveliness all around. Then November hit hard. Feebs and I both took a turn: I suddenly couldn’t walk, and her CHF symptoms spiked dramatically. We spent most of the month side by side, resting. Thanks to medicine for her and PT for me, we’re both on our feet again, and while neither of us moves as much as we used to, we’re enjoying our daily walks. Even in the harshest cold, there’s still loveliness to be found.
